This class is suitable for those who identify as performers and non-performers alike for improving overall fitness and body confidence. Please wear stretchy, form-fitting clothing and either jazz shoes, ballet slippers, similar soft-soled dance footwear, or you may dance barefoot.

$50 for four classes or $15 drop-in.
